Great Notion Brewing (GNB) is a brewery started by three friends in Portland, OR that offer hazy, fruit-forward IPAs and “culinary-inspired” sours & stouts. GNB has won many Gold and Silver medals, including accolades at World Beer Cup, GABF, Best of Craft Beer Awards, and Oregon Beer Awards, as well as the #1 IPA in America from Paste Magazine (Ripe IPA).
Kizuki’s food is still prepared the same way as it is in Japan; utilizing an unique method of roasting bones before boiling. Similar to the French style of making consomme, they were the first in the Japanese ramen industry to employ this method. The result is a rich, flavorful broth that is fragrant, and full of depth. Devoted to replicating the incredible flavor of traditional Japanese ramen, if equal substitutes for ingredients are not found within the country, Kizuki Ramen imports the ingredients directly from Japan.
What started out as a business has thrived, through many years to become what it is today. La Sen Vietnamese Grill has become more than just a restaurant business. Our restaurant has diversity, not just in our food, but in our staff. We believe what’s important is our diversity to come together as a family to share our creative cooking styles and restaurant ideas.
